The health and safety of our employees is our highest priority. We fully apply occupational-safety standards in workshop and field operations and train all employees regularly.

For work involving our crane systems with 115 tonnes of total capacity and other heavy equipment, we systematically identify and control risks in advance. All personnel are trained in the use of personal protective equipment.

Environmental sustainability is integral to our corporate responsibility. Across all operations, we prioritise waste reduction, energy efficiency and environmentally responsible practices.

We ensure that waste from motor and generator repairs is disposed of in accordance with regulations and support recycling. We continually improve our processes to reduce energy consumption.
